The Hartley Residence project was a complete renovation of a waterfront property to improve its function and appearance. A key part of the project was building a new pool house cabana by the water, creating an amazing space for relaxation and entertainment. The bathrooms in the main house were completely stripped and renovated with modern fixtures to enhance comfort and style.

A Juliette balcony was added to the master bedroom, offering unobstructed water views and a romantic touch. The rear of the property was updated with new timber decks and balustrade structures, extending the living space outdoors and creating a great area for gatherings. The landscaping was redesigned to fit with the natural surroundings, resulting in an inviting outdoor environment.
